One Friday night, not too long ago - my wife Elizabeth and I were having dinner at home. After some wine, I started thinking..... I really enjoy the food my wife makes, a lot. In fact, if she were a restaurant, she would, by far, be my favorite! Well, after a little more wine and a little more thought, I decided I should write a blog about all of the wonderful food she makes! I can also through in a few restaurant reviews along the way, too. I figure if restaurant review/foodie blogs do so well, a blog about Elizabeth's cooking will be a hit!
I figure I'll update the blog a few times a week with food reviews, recipes, pictures and videos! Feel free to let me know if there is something you'd like to see added, or want more information about.
